극소대지면적
도심지 중심부에 위치한 이 대지는 불규칙한 다각형의 비정형성대지이며 자투리성의 오래된 경사대지로서, 그 면적이 100여㎡정도 밖에 안되며, 동시에 계획가능한 한층의 최대면적은 60여㎡에 불과한 극소대지이다.
수직적 공간의 전개
수평적으로 반층씩 소통되면서, 수직적으로 유연하게 반층씩 상승하는 스킵플로어식시스템을 적용하여, 한정된 작은 면적사이에서 수평적 소통과 수직적 상하로의 개방적 전개로 인해 시각적, 공간적 체감공간의 부피와 면적을 극대화하여, 작은 면적의 대지가 누릴 수 있는 최대한의 시야와 변화로운 다양성에 도달하려 했다.
수평적 공간의 확산
출입의 공간이기도 한 작은 안마당과 거실의 경계를 전면유리화하고, 이웃집경계와의 법적이격거리로서의 공간인 50cm의 작은 자투리공간에 대나무를 식재하며, 그곳이 실내에 면한 경계 역시 전면유리창들로 구획하여 실내공간과 실외정원을 연장된 공간으로 확산시킴으로서, 또한 평면적 시야의 극대화를 꾀하였다.
풍경과 빛의 여과, 반투명성 조형
도로전면에 위치한 교회와 측면 상가와의 상호 시선교류의 부담감을 완화하며, 태양의 직사광선을 여과하기위한 스텐레스메탈망이, 또한 작은 안마당을 둘러싸게하면서, 보다 정적인 외부공간을 구성하게되어, 마치 살아있는 듯한 반투명이미지들을 담고 있는 이집의 조형성을 구성하는 주체가 되었다.
작지만 많은 집 small but rich
이 프로젝트는 최소면적을 가진 대지가 누릴 수 있는 최대한의 풍요로운 공간체계는 어떤 것인가에 대한 한 연구였던 것이다.
Minimum area of site
This site that is located in the heart of downtown is a small, irregular, polygonal shaped land and it is ragged old space, only area of 100㎡. At the same time, the maximum building area is no more than 60㎡.
The development of vertical space
While adapting the skipfloor system, it was possible to maximize the visual range and to produce the interesting space of variety, as possible as this small site can do.
The spread of horizontal space
Because of the boundary of small courtyard and living room and the window between the concrete fence and interior space are transparent, the extended outdoor garden space and interior space maximize the horizontal visual range.
Filtration of landscape and sunlight, translucent mass
The translucent images which are consisted with stainless mesh that filtrate the sight from opposite church and side stores and direct sunlight, are the major impression of this house.
Small but rich
This project was a research about what is the rich spatial system in the minimum area of site.
